Chelsea Weber
Chelsea Weber is pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Change Management at the Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy. She is committed to learning and employing methods of bringing groups together to discover new perspectives, engage, and learn as a unit. Chelsea comes to change management work from three and a half years working in international community development and training, and brings this experience into her work in organization development through a sense of mission, flexibility, and a passion for working with people. She has experience in cross-cultural training and development, leadership development, and training facilitation and design. Currently, Chelsea is an OD Intern at gothamCulture, an organizational culture and leadership consultancy based in New York.
