The Role

Our writers have the most important role in the journey to fulfill our mission: they communicate directly with our audience and create some of the highest quality pieces of information available on the web.

As writer, you will have the chance to work on the best available scientific evidence on your favorite topics within the science of organizations and people management. You will critically evaluate the quality of scientific papers and summarize their findings and implications in less than 1000 words.

To ensure the quality and trustworthiness of our articles, all summaries go through a peer-review process. You will receive feedbacks and suggestions from other writers on how to make sure that your message reach our readers, and at times you will also be called to review other writers’ articles and help them out in their work.

Who Are We Looking For

You are passionate about writing and human behavior at work, and you love to think critically about people management issues. You have encountered Evidence-based Management in your path and now you want to learn more about it. Finally, you are conscientious, dependable and great at managing your time.

If you are thinking “But I don’t know so much about Evidence-based Management!”, don’t worry! During our onboarding program the world’s top subject matter experts the leaders of the Center for Evidence-Based Management (CEBMa) – will teach you both the basics and the more advance concepts of evidence-based practice. Moreover, we will train you on the skills you will need to work with us: critically appraising scientific papers, writing in plain english, visualizing data, storytelling and working remotely. Giving you these opportunities for development and experimentation is our way to give back to you.

Finally, our people are spread all over the world. You will be able to write where you want and when you want, as we all collaborate online.

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree with an emphasis on psychology, business, management or research methods
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English

Preferred qualifications:

  • MS degree in psychology, business or management
  • Experience in conducting scientific research in the same fields
