Structured Interview

      A method to interview candidates and score their answers in the most objective way possible. A structured interview has always the same questions in the same order, and each question is associated to a scale to score the answers.

      Davide is a WOP psychology student at the university of Bologna. He is oriented to international experience: he studied in Strasbourg and in Barcelona, and he worked in Australia. He is also deputy chairman of the Youth Council for the Future, a lobbyist think thank to represent the interests of under 25 european citizens. His interests include organizational development, teams and high risk organizations, but his innest dream is to become a space psychologist. He likes all kinds of art, travelling, hitch-hiking, walking, biking, science and literature.
